That's good news to hear, but we want to make sure it stays that way. That's why we've launched this www.chipotlefeedback.com survey to see what you love about it and what you think could be improved. Your input is invaluable in shaping the future of our company and the food we serve.
Chipotle Restaurant Feedback In order to provide the best possible experience for our guests, we regularly solicit feedback through surveys. Recently, we asked our guests to tell us about their most recent visit to a Chipotle restaurant. Here are some of the results: Overall, guests were highly satisfied with their visit to Chipotle. When asked about specific aspects of the restaurant, guests were most satisfied with the food quality, followed by the cleanliness of the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff. However, there are some areas where we can improve. For instance, nearly one in five guests said that they had to wait too long for their food. We are committed to addressing this issue and ensuring that our guests receive their food in a timely manner. Additionally, a small percentage of guests said that they did not find our restaurants to be as clean as they would like. We are taking steps to address this issue and ensure that all of our restaurants meet our high standards for cleanliness. Survey Results Chipotle Feedback Survey Results We conducted a survey to find out what our customers think of our food and service. Here are the results! Overall, our customers were happy with their experience at Chipotle. 97% of respondents said they would recommend us to their friends, and 96% said they would come back again. When asked about specific aspects of their visit, the majority of respondents were satisfied with the food (93%), service (92%), and cleanliness (91%). However, we also received some constructive feedback that we can use to improve our restaurant. For example, some customers felt that our prices are too high (29%) and that the line moves too slowly (27%). We will take this feedback into consideration as we work to improve our business.
